Strategic Framework
The Learning Resource Center is an academic support service and an educational resource center showing the love of compassionate Jesus, healer and teacher envisions becoming a moving force for excellent customer care and service with joy and courtesy. It serves as fundamental part of the college by facilitating and improving learning in all instructional areas of its educational programs. It aims to provide the following: relevant and accurate information and resources that is responsive to educational, research, cultural, vocational, and recreational needs of the SPC community; support the academic programs of the college through the following areas of services such as collection development, circulation, reference, reserve and learning commons; establish linkages and partnerships in increasing library services with other local, national, and international university libraries; membership to national and international associations; provide adequate support materials in various formats for the academic institution’s quest for local and international recognition; and setting- up a separate library for each departments.
