The Registry and Records Office is an Academic Support Department responsible for the efficient and effective management of academic records of students enrolled in San Pedro College. The major function of the office is to preserve and maintain the system of records-keeping to protect the integrity, quality, and confidentiality of students’ records.

SERVICES OFFERED

ENROLMENT:

  • Ensure that all the submitted enrolment requirements of students are complete
  • Prepare curricular offering
  • Load subjects
  • Print Student Registration Form
  • Facilitate in the adding and dropping of subjects
  • Evaluate the enrolled subjects of students

STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE:

  • Ensure that all students’ grades are complete
  • Prepare semestral honors

GRADUATION:

  • Identify graduation academic honors
  • Prepare diploma
  • Process Special Order
  • Prepare Transcript of Records for Board Examination

REQUESTS:

  • Certificate of Enrolment/Graduation
  • Certificate of Medium of Instruction
  • Transfer Credentials
  • Transcript of Records
  • Course Descriptions
  • Course Syllabi
  • Certified true copy of academic documents
  • Process Certification, Authentication, Verification (CAV)
  • Process Apostille
