BORROWING POLICIES
- Faculty members, administrators, non-teaching personnel and students of SPC are required to present a valid school ID when borrowing any material from the LRC.
- Reserved books can be borrowed for one (1) hour, renewable for another hour if there is no demand for it. Reserved books with multiple copies may be borrowed for overnight use. Overnight loan period is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 am the following day. Only 1 reserved book is allowed per student. However, during examination days, any reserved book cannot be lent out for overnight use.
- An undergraduate student can borrow books for general circulation for three (3) days, renewable for another three (3) days. A student is allowed 1 renewal only. A graduate student can borrow books for general circulation for seven (7) days, renewable for another seven (7) days.
- Fiction books may be borrowed for 1 week, renewable for another week.
- A student can borrow five (5) titles at one time for home use.
- General Reference books are restricted to LRC use.
- Periodicals are to be read inside the LRC, specifically at the Periodicals Section.
