RESEARCHERS FROM ALL OVER THE ASIA-PACIFIC SHARE THEIR STUDIES IN MADAYAW INT’L CONFERENCE '18

In a breath-taking exchange of brilliant ideas and fascinating studies, the delegates of the first Madayaw International Multidisciplinary Research Conference presented their various researches in parallel and break-out sessions this afternoon, December 1, at the designated conference rooms located within San Pedro College-Main Campus.

Michael Makilan, MSDEA, one of the research presenters from Davao del Norte State College, said that participating in the international conference made him see his paper in greater lenses. “I’ve come to realize that there are a lot of things I could improve in my paper. It was truly a great experience and opportunity.”

Different studies were divided into different categories namely: Social and Political Sciences, Information Technology and Engineering and Business Management, Health Sciences, Natural and Environmental Sciences, and Arts, Language, Humanities, and Education category. After the presentation of the studies, open forums were conducted for the researchers to discuss, share, and expand the boundaries of knowledge and research interests.

“What is nice about international forum is that you get to meet a lot of people, learn new information and achieve new research agenda because you get to learn new practices, new findings and inform everyone about these findings. With this, they can also validate these with their own institutions, because communicating your research is part of the research rapport,” said Exequiel Gono, one of the professors and presenters from San Pedro College stated in an interview.

The afternoon sessions ended with an awarding of certificates for the presenters.
