Calling for stronger inclusion policies for Filipinos in the autism spectrum, San Pedro College (SPC) Psychology students joined the Angels Walk for Autism on April 26 at SM City Davao Annex Event Center.

Led by the Autism Society of the Philippines (ASP) โ€“ Davao Chapter, in collaboration with SM City Davao, the initiative gathered 2,800 attendees, including 20 volunteers and 65 participants from SPCโ€™s third-year psychology students.

As part of the Autism-OK Philippines campaign, which promotes a society where individuals on the spectrum are valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, the event was held nationwide to call for stronger support systems, improved services, inclusion, and increased awareness.

SPC participation was organized by Leanza Marzi Melendres and spearheaded by Fiona Eucille Flaminia.
