Hooray! After three months of meaningful engagement, we are delighted to share the successful culmination of the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) course entitled “”𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 2.0!”” A collaboration between San Pedro College, Philippines, and Hankamer School of Business – Baylor University, USA!

Throughout the program, students from both institutions worked collaboratively in diverse teams, explored leadership virtues in business, and deepened their appreciation for each other’s cultures.
The culmination ceremony provided an opportunity to celebrate the teams’ achievements, express gratitude, and reflect on the valuable connections formed.

Ultimately, this collaboration stands as a testament to the power of international collaboration in shaping principled, globally minded leaders.
