MADAYAW INTERNATIONAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH CONFERENCE

SAN PEDRO COLLEGE’S MADAYAW CONFERENCES

Since 2018, San Pedro College in Davao City, Philippines known successfully organized research fora called Madayaw International Multidisciplinary Research Conference as a platform for gathering students, faculty, researchers, scientists, innovators, policy-makers, and professionals to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, practical challenges encountered, and the intelligent solutions adopted in their fields in the light of the different circumstances the community, the country and world is confronted with.

Presentations were held in different breakout sessions divided into categories namely: health sciences, environment, natural and physical sciences, business and management, arts, language, literature and education, and social sciences. In the Health and Social Sciences Clusters, studies related to Gender and Development was the highlight of all presentations.

Madayaw is the name of our Multidisciplinary Refereed Journal, a Dabawnon word which means anything good, beautiful, valuable, and productive – a familiar feeling when one accomplishes a research work. For the last three years, the conference received a positive reception and feedback from our participants, hence, we have loyal attendees who were present since the 1st Madayaw.
