San Pedro College, through the Internationalization and Linkages office, in collaboration with the International Students Organization, TEM 100 professors, and the Senior High School Program, successfully held the GLACE Program 2026 with Baylor University, USA, on March 11, 2026, at the Philomene Labrecque Hall.

The session featured Prof. Rachel Woods, J.D., Clinical Associate Professor of Management at the Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University, Waco, Texas, USA. Centered on the topic “The Importance of Ethical Leadership,” the lecture emphasized the role of integrity, accountability, and values-driven decision-making in today’s global and dynamic business environment.

Participants include TEM 100 students, ISO student leaders, and Senior High School class officers/representatives. Indeed, they gained meaningful insights on how ethical leadership shapes organizational culture, builds trust, and drives sustainable success. This initiative reflects SPC’s commitment to promoting global learning, strengthening international partnerships, and nurturing socially responsible leaders.

Through engagements like this, San Pedro College continues to champion excellence in education and to reinforce its role in advancing global perspectives and ethical leadership practices.
