Pleasure to announce the successful culmination of the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) course entitled “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞”. A collaboration between San Pedro College, Philippines, and Baylor University, Texas, USA.

Throughout the course, the students were able to describe courage as applied in business and identify similarities and differences in terms of what courage is among learners of both institutions. The students engaged in an exchange where they shared insights about the business practices in their respective countries based on the perspective of the businessperson they interviewed.

As we move forward, we aim to build upon this foundation of collaboration and continue exploring avenues for international cooperation and academic exchange. Our heartfelt thanks to all the participants, faculty, and staff of San Pedro College and Baylor University who made this initiative a success!
