A pleasure to announce the successful completion of the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) course entitled “𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞: 𝐂𝐎𝐈𝐋 2.0”. A collaboration between San Pedro College, Philippines, and Saint Mary-Of-The-Woods, Indiana, USA.

Throughout the course, the students were able to identify strategies for different challenges that require strategic planning to address critical issues, elaborate solutions, and utilize project management and cross-cultural communication skills. The participants were given particular cases for them to analyze and discuss appropriate strategies to address the cases.

As we move forward, we aim to build upon this foundation of collaboration and continue exploring avenues for international cooperation and academic exchange. Our heartfelt thanks to all the participants, faculty, and staff of San Pedro College and Saint Mary-Of-The-Woods College who made this initiative a success!
