A returning student refers to a bonafide student of SPC who discontinued his studies and has not obtained an Honorable Dismissal from the school or whose transcript of records has not been forwarded to another school.

:: Requirements:

a. Letter of application

b. Copy of Transcript of Records for evaluation purposes

c. Pre-exam interview by Department Dean

d. Attained satisfactory results of Exam for Returning Students

e. Health Clearance issued by SPC School Clinic ( Medical Certificate from SPC School Physician) with good health attested by results of general physical examination. Laboratory examination which includes CBC, Fecalysis, Urinalysis, and Chest X-ray. Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Medical Technology applicants must also submit Hepatitis B screening results.

f. Police/NARCOM clearance

g. I.D. photo 1 x 1 - 4 copies (with red background)

h. Long ordinary mailing envelope.
