A high school graduate who seeks admission to San Pedro College and has been accepted by the department is considered a new student. One has to undergo all the pre-enrolment procedures of the course applied for.
Requirements:
• Passed Entrance Examination given by the College. (including aptitude test for Nursing applicants).
• Submit to Admission Interview (or panel interview for nursing applicants) conducted by the College .
• Good physical health attested by results of general physical health examination and laboratory examinations which includes CBS, Fecalysis, Urinalysis, and Chest X-ray. Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Medical Technology applicants must also submit Hepatitis B screening results.
:: Submission of formal application for Admission including the following documents:
• Original Form 138 (High School Card) or its equivalent.
• A letter of recommendation from H.S. Principal or Guidance Counselor attesting the applicant's good moral character and fitness for college work .
• Clear photocopy of birth certificate that is duly authenticated by the National Statistics Office (NSO).
• I.D. photo 2 x 2 - 4 copies, 1 x 1 - 4 copies (with red background)
• Long ordinary mailing envelope.
• Long brown Folder. |
